PROXXI - SALES ENABLEMENT & MARKETING STRATEGY

Project Context 

Proxxi, an electrical safety wrist band and data dashboard, was looking for a top-of-the-funnel and sales strategy

Created for: Campbell Macdonald, CEO and the Proxxi team

Impact

Drive awareness and action from inbound leads through educating prospects on the scope of the problem Proxxi is solving and its benefits, via a digital marketing campaign and sales enablement document

Challenges

1. Lack of scalable sales process. As such, this project focused on provide an opportunity to increase inbound leads with a targeted digital marketing strategy and produce sales enablement documents that efficiently reach and educate prospects

2. Lack of communication surrounding the benefits of this technical, niche product

Key Contributions

Identified gaps and opportunities, based on Proxxi’s current sales and marketing strategy.

Created holistic marketing strategy with an overarching key message and goal, which included three mockups of educational graphic posts.

Analyzed customer pain points and needs. Communicated product benefits that aligned with customers needs in marketing messaging.

Developed a step-by-step LinkedIn ad implementation guide, using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, detailed with target audience attributes, explanations, practical examples and KPI projections.

Sales Enablement Document

We provided context as to why the problem Proxxi solves is huge; showing why prospects should care about this problem.

Here, we leveraged credible statistics; painting a picture of the impact that workplace injuries have on workers and companies' finances.

We also transparently showcased our understanding of the electrical industry and established the sales team as industry experts who can solve prospects' pressing problems through education and implementation support.

With Proxxi's warnings, managers and the company as a whole may rest easy knowing that their employees protected. This provides a concise overview of Proxxi's core competencies and offerings.

Prospective customers may grasp how Proxxi's wristband functions by emphasising features through visually labelling the wristband. Simultaneously, in the description, we connected its sleek design to its ease of adoption.

Again, leveraging real-world situations, we highlighted the actions and next steps managers can take.

With Proxxi, managers can leverage insights gained from the analytics dashboard to improve their current safety procedures and training programs.

We encouraged and helped prospects to more quickly convert; becoming customers.
